Shenandoah Restorations, Inc., founded in 1998, is located just outside the Capitol of South Carolina in Irmo.  Our facilities consist of 10,000 square feet of restoration work space, with designated areas to efficiently exceed the standards of the restoration process.  We have the necessary tools, equipment, and reliable suppliers to insure completion of the project in a timely and environmentally safe manner.  Our key personnel are equipped with knowledge of the trade ranging from fifteen to thirty years.  Their refinement skills have led to the success of many prestigious projects, located mainly in the southeastern states, but also in states as far north as Baltimore, Maryland and as far south as Pensacola, Florida.

Our Vice-President and Project Coordinator, Todd Selke, began his affiliation with window restoration at the early age of seventeen.  From there he continued on learning the important procedures of the trade until he was able to establish a partnership that, with his extreme knowledge of the profession, proved to be a great success.  Through his experiences in the business, he was able to attain relationships with other experienced craftsman and convinced them to join him in his efforts for accomplishment.

Shenandoah Restorations takes great pride in preserving the integrity and historical prominence of every building from our past.  Therefore, we provide the best quality product to insure that it retains its original historical stature and at the same time conserves energy by the highest possible standards.  We prove this in the accuracy of our restoration workmanship and we will do what it takes to produce the finest appearance of your finished product.  We strive to be the best at what we do and will go to great measure to attain that distinct quality.
